Yoga and Meditation for Beginners: The Power of Personal Practice

Develop and understand the science behind a personal yoga and meditation practice. Daily practice of 20-30 minutes will support balance in your life on every level. Over the course of the four weeks we will progressively add on to a developmental approach to asana and a mindful approach to meditation. We will talk about the science behind posture choice and meditation style so that you feel confident in what you’re spending your time doing, which will allow you to become grounded in your practice.

If you have been wanting to learn more about meditation and how to get started your own regular practice, this class is for you. You will leave this session with confidence and understanding to begin.  Meditation will develop into lifelong friend and has the power to change EVERYTHING by changing your mind. Great for all levels of meditators!
