Join Jayme Sweere,C-IAYT for a 3 day spring cleanse. Daily cleansing practices of hatha yoga will be taught and practiced for clearing the stagnation and congestion common in the winter season. Cleansing seasonal Ayurvedic recipes will be prepared by Chef Dava Parr with additional resources and support for cooking on your own provided at every meal. We will discuss options for deeper cleansing based on your lifestyle and constitution.

Experience the rejuvenating effects of a gentle cleanse on mind, body, and spirit. This retreat will support you to develop a daily and seasonal cleansing routine for healthy digestion and longevity. Plenty of time for rest, community, and nature.

Meals and Gardens

In support of your daily activities and studies at the farm, it's important to us that you are deeply nourished. Our meals are created from the finest ingredients, mostly grown at the Shala and/or neighboring farms. They are seasonal, organic and inspired by the adaptive principles of Ayurvedic philosophy. We serve fresh fruit, juices and jams made from our orchard, a wide variety of greens, herbs, edible flowers, a large assortment of vegetables, free range meats, and fermented condiments.
