Jayme began studying yoga and meditation as an athlete and coach, the ancient wisdom and techniques enriched and enlivened her life so much she moved to the Himalayan Institute to study and practice full-time. There she was a founding producer at YogaInternational.com which immersed her in creative collaboration and practice with many of the most inspiring teachers of our time. You can find out more about her and her teaching at Zen3 Bodyworks and Yoga and StressedOutHumans.com, which integrates movement and mindfulness in the workplace.
