A Practice Immersion at the Circle Yoga Shala
A weekend or day long immersion of self-care, nature, and community to renew your spirits. Immerse yourself in self-study and practice while getting up to 10 contact hours CEUs required by the Yoga Alliance. Each practice session will include an introductory explanation to the concepts we will explore in practice and a follow up discussion to process and assimilate what was learned into your teaching*. Meals are farm fresh and Ayurvedically inspired. There will be time and support for connecting with nature in the beautiful Ozark mountains and other yoga teachers from the region for professional networking and collaboration.
*Experienced practitioners, teachers in training, and retreat junkies welcome.

Day Retreat Tuition: $95 Saturday 9a-6p, $80 Sunday 9am-2pm

Jayme began studying yoga and meditation as an athlete and coach, the ancient wisdom and techniques enriched and enlivened her life so much she moved to the Himalayan Institute to study and practice full-time. There she was a founding producer at YogaInternational.com which immersed her in creative collaboration and practice with many of the most inspiring teachers of our time. You can find out more about her and her teaching at Zen3 Bodyworks and Yoga and StressedOutHumans.com, which integrates movement and mindfulness in the workplace. Jayme currently resides at the Circle Yoga Shala a school for yoga, self-inquiry, and creative movement outside Jasper, AR in a tiny home on wheels she built out of all reclaimed material named Turtle Medicine.
