This training includes and transcends traditional methods of building strength, flexibility, functional performance, and sensitivity. Suitable for all-levels, but advanced yoga practitioners will benefit from visiting traditional asanas through the lens of developmental inquiry. This is durability training for humans and foundation core foundations that all other movement is built upon.
