Yoga and Meditation: The Power of Personal Practice

Develop and understand the science behind a personal yoga and meditation practice. Daily practice of 20-30 minutes will support balance in your life on every level. Over the course of the four weeks we will progressively add on to a developmental approach to asana and a mindful approach to meditation. We will talk about the science behind posture choice and meditation style so that you feel confident in what you’re spending your time doing, which will allow you to become grounded in your practice.
