Learn soft-tissue release techniques and the benefit for your health. No matter what physical activity or lack of physical activity you are into, soft tissue work is vital for releasing tension to allow for pain-free living and recovery. Each week we will focus on an area of the body and the specific techniques for working with that area of the body. At the end of the four weeks you will have learned the techniques and tools for working with soft tissue in your home practice or pre and post workout for optimal recovery.
