A guided slow flow practice designed to help you function better in your daily life by cultivating a harmonious balance of strength and mobility. Creative breath-connected flows are developed from the ground up to give you a deeper understanding of posture and the therapeutic benefits of somatic embodiment. This class are appropriate for all levels of practitioners and great for beginners.
Each one hour session includes movement for strength, coordination, balance, and mobility along with breathwork, yoga nidra (deep rest), and meditation training.
