In this online program you will learn:

 

  • Lifestyle rhythms for your elemental nature.
  • Daily progressive and efficient posture, breath work, and meditation practices.
  • Focus on developing a daily rhythm with steps and modifications for all body types. 
  • Evening readings and group discussions on yoga and Ayurveda. 
  • Mono-diet cleanse education & support (recommendations based on your dosha). 
  • Ways to modifying and personalize your home retreat experience. 
  • Practices and prompts to release old habits and cultivate a supportive self-care toolbox
  • Seasonal Ayurvedic recipes, remedies, and rituals with Collective Kitchen.
  • Group accountability and community support. 
  • Four evening zoom call with discussion and guided practice 7:30-8:30pm CST (Thursday - Sunday)
  • Guidance and support for an at home lifestyle cleansing process:
    • Assess your lifestyle
    • Reprioritize and organize.
    • Create a home sanctuary for you and your gut microbiome.
    • Implement a supportive routine for the spring and summer months ahead.

Learn how lifestyle, breath, & movement relate to mood, habits, and mental health. 

Daily guided practices sessions to support the systematic development of a daily yoga & meditation practice to support stability and longevity. 

Supportive tools for allowing and expressing joy

Evening readings on key aspects of flourishing in stressful times. 

 

 

This 10 day program  is designed to provide support, accountability, and feedback for creating and implementing your personalized daily routine in a supportive community of teachers and practitioners.

 

Wisdom traditions tell us to be healthy we have to keep our breath, body, and bowels moving in a good way! This program is the guidance and support you need to put the healing power of yoga and Ayurveda into action in your life. 

We will be guiding you through a 3-5 day mono diet (Kitchari) gut cleanse to support your digestion. You will have support for preparation, contraindications, modifications, recipes, execution, understanding the benefits, and staying on track.
