This program is designed to reconnect you to your natural rhythm.
We all have a natural way of being and moving in the world. This program is a gentle consistent support to reconnecting to your body, breath, intuition, and power. Detailed instruction combined with wise progressions make this great for anyone looking to get out of pain or improve life performance. No matter who you are or how advanced you move there is wisdom in starting at the beginning.

My approach combines assessment and screening with wise progression and detailed instruction that starts at the very beginning to ensure correct alignment and activation in any other style of yoga or movement that you do after the 40-day program.

This program is designed to fit into your life with ease and support. I have been very intentional and specific about the practices I have chosen and how they are sequenced in each individual class and the program as a whole.
As the program progresses your awareness of posture and mindfulness spread in to every part of daily life, this is where the transformation happens.
I'm here the whole way to support you to inquire into your relationship with your body, your habitual patterns, and process the emotions that arise.

40-Days of Embodied Learning
A consistent gentle effort is required to experience the benefit of yoga practice. I have designed this program for anyone seeking the therapeutic benefits of yoga. In one hour daily sessions we will start at the beginning to discovery key aspects of alignment and activation that are often over looked. I can't wait for you to experience this level of intimacy with your body. It is healing beyond words.
This course is for you if:

- you're coping with long hours on the computer.
- you have tried other forms of yoga only to be re-injured or drop out.
