Back in the day, I spent my summers in basketball camps, traveling all over the country to improve my skills and secure scholarships. But times have changed, and now I have more mature goals now like finding joy, freedom, and leading a fulfilling life. That's why I decided to combine the light-hearted feel of summer camp and pack it full of depth and transformative potential. And just like that, yoga camp was born!
Yoga camp is focused on helping you achieve a life filled with less pain, more fun, joy, and freedom. I want to empower you to live a long, rich life, nourishing your mind, body, and soul. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to revisit the foundations of yoga, this camp offers a fresh perspective through an elemental lens.
In these one-week immersions into a yogic lifestyle through two-hour daily workshops dedicated to exploring the foundations of applying therapeutic yoga to your life. Join me as we dive into practices that can quickly and profoundly impact your well-being.

Foundations of Yoga in Action and the Five Elements
Uncover the fundamentals of yoga as a practice of wise action and open to a relationship with the five elements. This session will provide a solid framework for cultivating mindfulness, intention, and grace in your practice.
Mobility Soft Tissue Work and Free Joints
Enhance your mobility and experience the freedom of supple joints through gentle techniques and soft tissue work. Discover how these practices can bring ease and fluidity to your movements.
Building Inner Heat for Digesting Life and Emotions
Learn to harness the power of breath and movement to cultivate inner heat. This session will empower you with tools to process emotions and build resilience, enabling you to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Active Rest: Recovery and the Self
Fall in love with the art of active rest and transformative self-care. Through restorative postures, sound healing, calming breathwork, and cultivating attention, you'll create space for relaxation, recovery, and self-nurturing.
