You will have a new daily posture breath, deep rest and meditation practices each day for 40 days. Each of these classes is given in a specific sequence to optimize your time, learning, and life performance.

In addition, we meet each week to adapt your practice, provide lifestyle coaching, this weekly meeting provide additional support and accountability, which is especially important when you're working with pain or injury and maybe less necessary if you're looking for maintenance.
